1. Unarmed Security Professional
Job Description:
As an Unarmed Security Professional at CALSEC, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises, personnel, and assets. You will provide a visible presence to deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security threats. A valid guard card issued by BSIS is required.
Your duties will include:
- Conducting regular patrols and security checks of assigned areas.
- Monitoring surveillance systems, including camera monitoring.
- Communicating effectively via wide area radios.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Responding to incidents and emergencies, including contacting law enforcement if necessary.
- Conducting employee screening when required.
Maintaining a clean cut and well-maintained appearance on duty.
- Completing detailed incident reports and maintaining accurate records.
2. Armed Security Professional
Job Description:
As an Armed Security Professional at CALSEC, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced security services, which may include working in armed and unarmed locations. A valid exposed firearms permit and guard card issued by BSIS is required.
Your duties will include:
- Conducting armed patrols and security checks.
Responding to security incidents, including those in armed locations.
- Providing a strong and professional security presence.
- Collaborating with local law enforcement as required.
- Monitoring surveillance systems, including camera monitoring.
- Communicating effectively via wide area radios.
- Conducting employee screening when required.
Maintaining a crisp and well-maintained appearance.
- Completing detailed incident reports and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications for All Positions:
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education may be required for specific roles).
- Valid BSIS licensing.
- Previous security experience preferred (not applicable for Sales and Business Development Manager).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
