We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Armed Security Officer to join our team at a licensed dispensary in La Mesa, CA. This is a part-time position with an immediate start for qualified candidates.
Position Details:
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday & Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Total Weekly Hours: 30
Requirements:
- Must have an active California Guard Card
- Must possess a valid BSIS Firearms Permit
- Must have reliable transportation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security or law enforcement
- Must be customer service oriented and professional
- Experience working in high-traffic or customer-facing environments
Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises and ensure the safety of customers, staff, and property
- Deter and respond to suspicious or unsafe activity
- Remain alert, courteous, and proactive
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Enforce dispensary security protocols and procedures
