Surf Diva Surf Shop is looking for a retail assistant
Your role will be to facilitate surf school student check-ins, handle equipment rentals, conduct sales, maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the shop, restock, process shipments, and complete any other necessary tasks at the direction of the Shop Buyer and Operations Consultant. Other tasks might include, for example, merchandising, compiling reports, data entry, responding to emails, and answering phone.
Must have surf industry knowledge and interest in retail
EXPERIENCE: A college degree (or equivalent experience)
SALES: Excellent customer service
TIMELINESS and DETAIL ORIENTED
WORK ETHIC: Responsible, honest, takes initiative
Shop Hours
Monday-Sunday
8:30am-7:30pm
Job Hours
8-hour shifts (max 40 hours/week)
