Our service department is looking for the right individual to join our team as a Powersport service advisor and customer service representative.
Experience within the motorcycle/automotive industry and/or customer service experience is highly preferred.
Your duties will include:
Greeting customers with enthusiasm and warmth
Filling out work orders in compliance with California regulations
Document customer's primary needs while assessing potential upsell opportunities
Building a rapport with each customer and clearly communicating with them during each step of the service process
Properly communicating with the Technicians the customer's conern(s), suggested services, and maintenance needs, estimating and selling those services, acquiring necessary parts, and revising work orders
Utilizing excellent phone skills to set appointments and motivate customers to choose our shop for their automotive needs.
Light administrative duties as determined by service department manager.
