Carlsbad business owner seeking a hard working reliable individual to manage owners small businesses. Business owner is 55 years old seeking a slower pace and shifting daily responsibilities to his assistant. Business has 10 employees and has gross revenues of over $2,000,000. The business operates during normal business hours from 9am - 5pm. This position requires the individual to learn all functions of the business. Assistant would be responsible for running operations while owners continue with accounting, HR and back end operations. Owner would personally hire and terminate employees with assistant's input
Requirements:
Must be able to type with two hands and not look at the keyboard.
Must have drivers license with a good driving record.
Friendly and get along well with others
Helpful but not required:
Spanish speaking
Mechanical aptitude
