We are currently seeking a hungry and customer service oriented property manager to manage our portfolio of third party managed rental properties in San Diego County. We currently manage about 85 single family homes, a few small apartment dwellings, and we are growing rapidly. This business services all of San Diego County.
The team currently consists of a property manager/broker, an assistant property manager, a bookkeeper, and a marketing manager. This role would would directly oversee the assistant property manager and the bookkeeper, and would ultimately be responsible for managing the relationships with our owner clients, tenants, and prospective tenants.

Our current broker/property manager will be transitioning strictly into a sales function, and will be adding new doors on a weekly basis that you will be responsible for onboarding, filling with a tenant, and ultimately transitioning the property under our management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Onboarding new properties into our property management software
-Obtaining photos from various sources for marketing material purposes
-Managing the client relationship through the leasing process
-Showing homes and meeting with contractors
-Managing contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs or any upgrades during vacancy
-Responding to prospective tenants and scheduling viewings
-Drafting leases and managing the entire leasing process from start to finish
-Managing the owner-client relationship throughout the entire tenancy
-Helping our assistant property manager maintain smooth relationships with our tenants once they are in place
