Job Overview-
The property manager oversees 275 units in various off-site locations in a specific geographic area including small apartment buildings, single family homes and individual condominium units.
Job Duties-
Determining rents, advertisements, unit showings, qualifying potential tenants, lease documentation and completing all move in processes. You must meet the needs of a variety of tenants. Each day brings a large volume of e-mails, phone calls, tenant troubleshooting, and decision making. In addition, the property manager will oversee all maintenance calls and issues for the portfolio. The property manager will be fully responsible for all aspects of managing these properties in a fast-paced, high intensity environment.
Job Qualifications-
- California Real Estate License is required
- 2-3 years minimum experience in the property management business
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced environment
Total Compensation- - $85,000 to $92,500 a year based on experience
including: Vehicle reimbursement, Paid Vacation, Holidays, Paid Health Insurance, Bonuses
