Property Management Company with an immediate opening for a part time position. We are seeking an individual to take pride and ownership of their role. Our company is continually growing and is looking for someone to grow with the company as we continue to increase our portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license, access to a reliable car, and be open to driving throughout central San Diego area if needed.
- A friendly personality, as well as excellent verbal, people, and telephone skills
- A professional demeanor and an ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task and track daily follow ups is imperative to success in the position.
- Ability to work part time weekdays
- AppFolio experience highly preferred
The incumbent is held responsible, but not limited, to the following job responsibilities:
- Use of our software, AppFolio, to communicate with residents and vendors.
- Answer phones as the first impression of our company; respond to residents and vendors timely
- Clear communication with our team
- Must have proven organization skills and ability to multi task
