Service Description:
The office is open 8am – 5pm, Monday thru Friday and on the weekend by appointment only.
The outside services rep position is a crucial role to our business, assisting the management team with the property set up and ongoing customer service for our clients.
Requirements:
Working vehicle transportation
Cellular Telephone with email receiving capabilities and professional voicemail
Submit to criminal background and credit check as well as verification of references
Service Rep Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct all real estate activities in accordance with the Local, State & Federal Real Estate laws and guidelines.
Carry out assigned tasks within GWM SOPs and Guidelines.
Maintain excellent communication standards with Portfolio Management Staff and GWM customers.
Notify Portfolio Management Staff of all potential issues when visiting managed properties.
Assist staff in solving problems; both in the office and onsite at managed properties.
Ensure all legal or Administrative complaints are forwarded to the Senior Manager in a timely manner.
Focus on the tracking and reporting of Portfolio Key Principle Indications (KPI’s):
o Inspections
o Receipt management
o Mileage tracking
Key Position Tasks:
Portfolio Property Management:
o Lockbox/key placement and removal.
o Assist in prospective Tenant management
o Conduct routine Property/Unit Inspections
o Photograph Property condition
o Basic Errands
o Making Key copies
o Meeting vendors/clients/prospects
o Serving notices
Office/Portfolio Administrative oversite:
o Assist in office mail and package delivery and tracking
o Assist in the oversite of appliance delivery and vendor onsite maintenance
o Assist in office or property supply inventory and ordering
o Phones, Filing, Miscellaneous Manager and Admin Support
