We also target Net Lease Listings with sellers and buyers. We are seeking licensed real estate agents with the Bureau of Real Estate in California that have investment property experience.
Requirements of Potential Candidate
Potential Candidate must have a valid active California Bureau of Real Estate License.
Potential Candidate must be ok with 100% commission sales position.
Net Lease Investment Property Finance experience and / or experience representing buyers and sellers with Net Lease Investment Properties Sales.
Potential Candidate must be an excellent telephone prospector and converter.
Laptop, Smart Phone required.
