Job Title: Loan Transaction Coordinator

Description:
We are a private money lender in the residential real estate space and growing quickly. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of loan transaction processing, from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless execution of loan processes, providing exceptional support to our loan officers and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. We are closing 4-8 transactions per month and are on pace to get to 15-20 loans a month in the next several months.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all transaction documents and activities from start to finish of the loan process.
Act as the primary liaison between loan officers, clients, escrow companies, and other related parties.
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner to meet closing deadlines.
Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions.
Provide regular updates to all parties involved regarding the status of loan transactions.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid CA Real Estate License.
Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator in the real estate or related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Mortgage industry experience is a plus.
Proficient with technology and use of google drive, slack and asana
Passionate about the real estate industry
