Key Responsibilities:
-Efficiently oversee day-to-day property operations to achieve financial and operational goals.
-Demonstrate financial prudence, adhering to the approved budget, and overseeing maintenance.
-Lead lease enforcement, handling approvals for applications, discounts, and renewals.
-Provide mentorship to property staff, ensuring team goals through effective hiring, training, and performance management.
-Foster a strong client/owner relationship with regular updates and addressing owner requests.
Requirements:
-Previous property management experience with a proven track record (90+ units).
-Exceptional leadership and supervisory skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Yardi/OneSite software.
-Strong financial acumen, budget creation, and fiscal reporting.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Commitment to a diverse and inclusive culture, and equal employment opportunities for all.
-Knowledge of LIHTC/TX Credit compliance process (a plus).
-This is a full-time position with compensation based on experience.
