We are a CPA firm specializing in income tax preparation and planning for individuals and businesses. We are seeking an experienced senior administrative assistant.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.
Key job responsibilities will include:
-Communication with clients;
-Processing of tax return packages to provide to clients;
-Preparation of annual engagement letters;
-Providing clients with tax organizers;
-Organization of client files; and
-Purchasing office supplies.
While administrative experience is required, any experience at a tax preparation office would be useful but not required.
