Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Manage front desk operations including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as managing calendars, organizing files, and drafting correspondence
- Utilize Instagram and other social media platforms to engage with our audience and promote our brand
- Exercise exceptional attention to detail in all tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with sales-related tasks such as lead generation, follow-ups, and customer inquiries
- Provide support to team members as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or personal assistant role preferred
- Proficiency in Instagram and other social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Sales background or experience is a plus
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn
Hours:
Monday 9:30 to 3:00 pm
Wednesday 9:30 to 3:00 pm
Friday 9:30 to 3:00 pm
Saturday 9:30 to 1:00 pm
