1. Ensuring all Shining Star ADC, SDRC, CCL and DDS guidelines are followed by all employees.
2. Ensuring all clients rights are respected.
3. Ensuring all required documentation is maintained and organized.
4. Ensuring positive relationships are cultivated and maintained with all parties.
5. Working under the supervision of the Program Administrator and representing the organization in the absence of the Administrator.
