We are seeking a full-time Receptionist Administrative Assistant to join our team!
Job Duties:
The role of the Receptionist is to be the “face of Diamond” by answering and routing all calls in a prompt and professional manner.
- Assist walk-ins with employment applications, payments, and direct incoming traffic in the lobby.
- Sort mail for all departments, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Complete Dispatch Tickets for Roll-off.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors, co-workers, customers, peace officers, and the general public; both in-person and remotely via telephone or e-mail.
- Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures including promptly reporting for duty as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned i.e. cross-training in other departments.
- Complete all assigned work and related record-keeping.
Position Requirements:
- Intermediate computer skills required: MS Office and Tower.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Multitasker, excellent organization skills.
- Full-time employees must be available on weekends, holidays, and all shifts based on customer & business needs.
- Required overtime.
