We are looking to hire another Real Estate Assistant/Transaction Coordinator (TC). This is an in office position and our office is in El Cajon. This position is 9am - 4pm.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as real estate assistant and transaction coordinating
Highly organized and computer literate.
Be Enthusiastic, a quick learner, team player
Be proficient with computers
Must have strong communication skills: both verbal and in writing.
Be punctual, responsible, and coachable.
Must be willing to take transaction coordinating courses and pass the TC certification exam
Must be willing to work in a deadline-oriented, highly detailed, and fast-paced environment.
Social media savvy is a plus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain the calendar for all transactions and projects
Confirm all appointments on the phone at least 24 hours prior to every appointment.
Connecting with clients/vendor/other Real Estate Agents
Make introductory calls to all new clients.
Process mail, pay bills
Answer phone
Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
Maintain office cleanliness and organization including filing and scanning.
Event organizing and coordination
Maintain contracts
Researching new systems and programs.
Making spreadsheets and some data entry
Assisting with building/remodeling permit
