Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects by handling administrative and logistical tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining effective communication between stakeholders, managing project documentation, tracking progress, and helping ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist Project Managers and Field Supervisors in organizing project activities and schedules.

· Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

· Maintain and update project documentation

· Assist Field Supervisors with technical support

· Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project updates for internal and external stakeholders.

· Support the procurement process by tracking orders, deliveries, and vendor communications.

· Organize and schedule site meetings, inspections, and other project-related events.

· Maintain document control systems and ensure all project records are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications:

· Familiarity with construction documents and processes.

· Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction software like Procore and Bluebeam is a plus.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Primarily office-based, with occasional travel to job sites as required.

· May involve extended hours during critical project phases or deadlines.
