Office Assistant - 20 hours per week, flexible days & times
Compensation: $17.25 - $22.00 depending on experience

Reliable, detail-oriented and friendly individual to work in a small office environment for a growing manufacturer. You will work with business owner and employees to enter Invoice information, file paperwork, and help with general office duties. Opportunity to grow with business. Flexible days & times.
Skills needed:
- Experience using Accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero (or ability to quickly learn)
- Must be able to type/use keyboard for data entry
- Ability to handle a PC computer, Microsoft Word, Excel and type quickly
- Ability to handle files and paperwork;
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, reliable and punctual;
- Friendly and professional attitude;
General Duties:
- Answering and handling some customer phone calls;
- Handling incoming mail, emails, other correspondence and documents;
- Data entry and filing customer invoices/payments
Hours/Schedule:
- We are open Monday –Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm.
Pay: Depends on experience.
