Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks, including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
- Assist in maintaining organized records and documentation.
- Support administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Liaise with Vendors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
- Help manage inventory and track sales records for used commercial trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Proficient in Quickbooks & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience in an office setting or administration role is preferred.
