We are looking for a dedicated and professional part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team remotely and help us maintain the high standards of customer satisfaction that we are known for.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Representative at SoCalValve, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our clients receive top-tier service. You will work remotely and part-time, providing flexibility while supporting a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Provide detailed product information and assist customers with their orders.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience.

Maintain accurate customer records and case notes.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex issues when needed.

Uphold the company's customer service standards and values in every interaction.

Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and procedures to offer accurate information.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required.

A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficiency in using customer support software (training will be provided if necessary).

Must be based in the U.S. and able to work remotely during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
