ONSITE OFFICE MANAGER – SENIOR MOBILE HOME & RV PARK (PART-TIME)
San Diego, CA
Part-Time | $20–$24 per hour, DOE | 20–30 hours per week
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
A well-maintained senior mobile home and RV park is hiring a dependable Onsite Office Manager. This is a part-time position, directly employed by the park, working closely with the Board of Directors and the property management company.
You’ll be the onsite point of contact—supporting residents, coordinating RV storage, and assisting with general office tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Resident and Buyer Support
-Process applications and background checks
-Assist with buyer interviews
-Enforce park and HOA rules
-RV Rental & Storage Oversight
-Track RV check-ins and check-outs
-Maintain security logs and rental records
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
-Answer phones, emails, and assist visitors
-Keep records organized and up to date
-Coordinate with the Board and management company
-Board Meeting Support
-Attend monthly or quarterly HOA meetings
-Take and distribute meeting minutes
SCHEDULE & HOURS
-Part-time: 20–30 hours per week
-Shifts scheduled between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
REQUIREMENTS
-Experience in office, property management, or HOA administration preferred
-Friendly and professional demeanor
-Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
-Able to work independently
-Able to sit, stand, and lift up to 20 lbs as needed

-Familiarity with mobile home or RV park operations
-Tenant or buyer screening experience
-Bilingual (Spanish/English or Tagalog/English)
