We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a keen ability to manage schedules, coordinate events, and maintain effective communication within the team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently while providing support to both staff and clients.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Oversee schedule management, coordinating appointments and meetings for team members.
Handle clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Provide excellent phone etiquette while answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed.
Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and managing incoming correspondence.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on projects and tasks.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and efficiency.
