We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Office Manager to join our team in National City, CA. This position supports daily office operations, with a focus on business processing, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Managing event calendars
Managing Travel Arrangements
Processing Orders
General Bookkeeping
Processing AR/AP
Customer support
Qualifications:
Proficiency in accounting principles, and reporting tools.
Strong skills in spreadsheets (Excel or equivalent).
Experience in creating & managing reports
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism.
Compensation:
Hourly Pay: $20.00 to start.
