9 am to 6 pm.
Real estate license preferred but 6 months to obtain.

Job Responsibilities:
This role requires a blend of administrative, customer service, and property management skills to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
1. Tenant Relations:
- Assist with tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Facilitate lease renewals and tenant move-ins/move-outs.
- Conduct property tours and show units to prospective tenants.
2. Property Maintenance:
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests and repairs.
- Schedule routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Work with contractors and vendors for property maintenance services.
3. Financial Management:
- Handle rent collections, late notices, and lease violations.
- Maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and billing.
- Assist with ensuring all monthly invoices are paid on time
4. Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and maintain lease agreements and tenant files.
- Update property management software and databases.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and office organization.
5. Marketing and Leasing:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract tenants.
- Create and distribute promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to stay competitive.
6. Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure the property complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Stay updated on fair housing laws and property management best practices.
7. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and prospective tenants.
- Address tenant issues promptly and professionally.
