TC Construction Company, Inc. is looking for an individual to support and assist us in our Labor Compliance with public works projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Handling Certified payrolls, benefit statements, employer training contributions and apprenticeship documentation to determine compliance with applicable state rules and regulations.
Issues requests for missing and revised documentation and correspond with contractors to ensure compliance.
Work with labor compliance software (E-Mars, Prism, LCP Tracker, etc.) to review and approve compliance documentation and certified payroll.
Communicates directly with Subcontractors/Contractors that are out of compliance.
Compiles information for any third-party requests for information.
Maintains appropriate files and documents related to the compliance department.
Complete special projects as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Sage 300 (Timberline), E-Mars, Prism, or LCP Tracker software a plus
Should type a minimum of 30 WPM and 10,000 KPH (Keystrokes)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word a must
Extremely detail orientated
Ability to multi-task and complete work with little or no supervision.
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills and critical thinking.
