Are you looking for a flexible part-time opportunity with a renowned real estate firm? Pacific Sotheby's International Realty, specifically for a real estate agent in our La Jolla office, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team!
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: La Jolla, CA (On-site)
Pay: $18/hour
Hours: 3-4 hours a day, 5 days a week (flexible schedule) 10AM-1PM (This can be flexible depending on applicant)
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation (must have a car)
- No prior experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the real estate agent
- Handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling
- Assist with paperwork, data entry, and file management
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Perform other office duties as needed
