Looking for a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to help manage daily tasks, accounting/excel tasks and communications — both personal and professional. Age 23-32, Woman
Key Responsibilities:
Update excel sheet for price list of products, update accounts receivable from customer payments, send invoices to customers.
Coordinate travel and logistics
Handle email and message correspondence
Assist with personal errands and task management
Help with research and light admin tasks
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Tech-savvy (Excel, Computer.)
Interest in Fitness, Business, Travel.
Be able to travel out of State, Country to business conferences. Expos, Meet new Clients, Vendors
Job will be in San Diego, 80% in office, 20% on the go/Travel
