We are located in Vista, ca. We are a small team and we are looking for a bright and energetic person to add to it. This position would be permanent and full time.
This position would be helping to manage the flow of day to day operations in the office. We handle client accounts, scheduling, vendors, deliveries, billing, payroll, some bookkeeping in office and more.
We are looking for someone who has the following:
Minimum 5 years in office experience.
Minimum 50WPM typing capabilities.
College preferred but not required
Bookkeeping/billing/invoicing experience minimum 2 years with online QuickBooks
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly via telephone/email/text message with clients, partners and vendors
Strong abilities to multitask and flow from 1 task to the next throughout the day
Strong attention to detail and above average organizational skills
Ability to work effectively under deadlines
Ability to work independently and with a team
Self starting and problem solving personality
Proficiency in google docs/sheets and drive
Ability to learn new programs (we use a program for our industry that will be required)
Ability to track organize and manage files that come from vendors
Bilingual would be a plus

5am to 1pm
