We are a family-owned termite/pest control company looking for a SKILLED/EXPERIENCED in Pest Control/Termite customer service representative. We are a customer-focused company dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated person to contribute to our operational success. As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key team member representing our company as you direct employees and interact with customers.
We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic person who enjoys helping people and are driven to provide the
highest level of customer service and satisfaction and can manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis effectively.
Job Requirements:
-Minimum one year of office pest control experience
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
-Positive Attitude
-A team player who can work independently.

Specific Responsibilities:
Scheduling/Managing Pest Control Routes for Technicians
-Manage invoicing and maintain records in Gorilla Desk & QuickBooks.
-Assist with Termite scheduling/ Create WDO Reports
-Handle incoming and outgoing emails efficiently.
-Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
-Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized workspaces.
-Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
-Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues effectively
-Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory.
-Social Media and Marketing
-Manage records of Truck Maintenance/Repairs
We offer:
Monday-Friday, 7 AM- 4 PM
Full-time position
$25-$30/ per hour depending on experience
PTO Accumulates 10 per year
