Client Service Representative

Knox Attorney Service is hiring for a full-time CSR for the attorney services department. Hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 5 p.m. Responsibilities include: Provide customer service and support to legal clientele on their incoming work requests for service of process and legal support service needs from start to finish. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work at a fast pace with attention to detail. Computer skills required in Microsoft Outlook and Word. Will be trained on the company's proprietary computer program. Legal background and knowledge of the courts is helpful. Must be professional with a good work ethic.
