Looking for an Enthusiastic, Friendly, Detail oriented Multi-Tasker to Organize & Bind Books, Maintain Supplies, provide General Office Support and Answer Incoming Calls, and some Outgoing Calls for an established Mission Valley professional office. Must be able to handle and enjoy multiple priorities.
Must be able to Organize & Bind Copies into Books with a simple Book Binding System, Order Office Supplies and provide General Office Support with some Incoming and Outgoing Calls. Nice balanced rhythm to work schedule.
Need to be able to work Independently with minimal supervision after being trained and keep on a routine schedule. Need to be able to listen, think and speak Clearly and work as part of a Team, as well as with Clients on the phone.
39 hour / week, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Monday thru Thursday), 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (Fridays) / Full Time position.
Comfortable working environment in secure Mission Valley office building. $21.00 per hour to start, will train promising entry level person.
1-2 years office experience preferred. Punctuality and Dependability a must. Must have reliable transportation. Equal Opportunity Employer.
