A reputable property management company in Mission Valley is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused administrative assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills, be able to prioritize tasks, ensure complete accuracy on lease documents, and deliver exceptional service to our property owner clients and residents.
Job Summary:
Preparing leases for new move-ins and renewals
Processing rental applications
Maintaining property files
Scheduling vendors
Inspecting properties and the quality of vendor work
Conducting landscape inspections
Performing move-in and move-out walkthroughs
Taking advertising photos of properties as needed
Purchasing and delivering supplies to properties
Managing monthly HOA payments and coupons
Updating rent rolls and lease expiration trackers
Obtaining bids and quotes for property improvements
Tracking rent payments
Coordinating service request scheduling and access with tenants
Account payabale and account receivable
This role demands strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment—ideally with a positive attitude!
While property management experience is beneficial, it is not required. A real estate license is a valuable asset but also not required.
Hours: Monday - Friday
Compensation and Benefits:
$19-$25 per hour, depending on experience
Gas reimbursement for mileage per the Standard Mileage Rate
No medical, dental, or vision benefits are currently offered
One week of paid vacation after one year, and two weeks after two years
Paid six major holidays after 90 days
