Position Summary:
Office Manager
The office manager is a vital function for our company as this person keeps the company running smoothly and efficiently to help deliver on our promise to our customers and sales representatives. The office manager is passionate about creating a successful office environment and acts as a communicative buffer for all employees, clients, and partners to deliver on the company goals.
What you will do:
Office Manager
Manage office supplies and filing systems
Serve as main contact for outside sales reps
Answer direct phone calls, general emails, and sort office mail
Assist in travel planning and booking for employees based in the office and remote
Assist in financial transactions, which may include making deposits, sending invoices and paying bills
Generally, assist office staff with tasks and duties
At all times, deliver service with a great attitude and high professional standards
Create a professional network either personally or through social media channels
