job title: Administrative Assistant Coordinator
Next Chapter Church is urgently seeking a responsible full-time Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the Pastor assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s general administrative activities.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Administrative support as deemed necessary
- Maintaining business and ministry confidence and discretion
- Assist in Next Chapter Church’s social media platform tasks
- Coordinate the preparation and production of presentations, proposals, and other documents
- Schedule and coordinate Senior Pastor's calls, meetings, events, messages, etc.
Skills and/or Experience:
- Great organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to prioritize. An eye for detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel) and Google Docs
- Good computer and technical skills
- Familiarity with office equipment copiers, printers etc.
Please note this is not a remote position.
Applicants ideally should be in Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista or San Marcos area. Commute should be 25 miles or less (ideally)
