We are a commercial real estate investment firm looking for a sharp, detail-oriented assistant to support our accounting team and help keep the office running smoothly. This is a part-time, in-person role ideal for someone who’s organized, reliable, and ready to learn. Property management experience is preferred.
What You’ll Do:
Enter data into QuickBooks and assist with accounting tasks
Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
Manage property management vendor contracts
Handle general office duties: filing, scanning, mailing, copying, and more.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (high school diploma or equivalent required)
Experience with MS Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
Notary public in California, or willingness to obtain Notary license (paid by employer)
Strong organization and follow-through skills
Skilled at troubleshooting, solving problems and getting things done independently
