Shipping & Receiving Clerk (All Shifts)

Location: San Marcos, CAJoin Our Team!Everest Recruiting is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join a dynamic manufacturing facility in San Marcos. This is an excellent opportunity to play a crucial role in our operations!Compensation:Earn between $16.50 - $18.98 per hour, depending on your shift!What Youll Do:Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all incoming goods meet quality standards.Manage Production Orders for Work in Process (WIP) parts and prepare shipments accurately and efficiently.Track inventory and update statuses in JD Edwards for goods and orders.Ensure customs compliance by following C-TPAT procedures for international shipments.Conduct daily equipment checks on forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure safety and efficiency.Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and JD Edwards to track orders and maintain accurate records.Maintain shipping accuracy by preparing packing lists, invoices, and pick tickets.Load and deliver trailers and containers, handling both domestic and international shipments.Support Supply Management to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.Be flexible to work overtime when needed to meet production demands.Why Join Everest Recruiting?With over 50 years of combined experience, Everest Recruiting is your trusted partner in finding the perfect career fit.
