Supervisor position will oversee daily shift operations, schedule and assign duties, train new hires, monitor employee performance ensuring compliance and quality, collaborate with management to identify root cause and solutions with the ultimate objective of providing high quality products that meet client satisfaction.
Ideal candidate will come with 5 years Machining/Supervisory experience with a strong background in scheduling, planning, training and compliance and the desire/ability to work on 3rd shift. Strong proficiency in speaking and writing English is required. Bilingual in Spanish is desired.
This is a full-time, on-site 3rd shift opportunity with some over-time required and will begin as a contract to hire with the goal of becoming a regular employee.
