We are looking for an assistant to help support the production manager. This is Full-Time position at a medium size automotive parts and tools manufacturing facility.
Located near the 15&78 freeways in Escondido.
Must be highly organized and familiar with Excel.
Must be detail-oriented and a highly motivated individual.
Must have some experience working in a manufacturing facility and/or fabrication environment.
Automotive and QuickBooks a plus.
You will assist with:
- Creating and updating spreadsheets in Excel
- Sourcing, purchasing, receiving, storing, and inventorying materials used to make products
- Organizing schedules, Tasks and To Do Lists
- Putting together notebooks on products
- Checking the inventory and placing orders for raw materials
- Creating and maintaining a report of the production status
Candidate will have:
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
$20-25 / hour or more depending on experience
