Express has an immediate opening for a General Shop Worker with a company in Poway that specializes in machining precision custom plastic parts.
General Shop Job Highlights:
Help support the shop in producing custom plastic parts
Plastic fabrication experience including: Heat forming, routing, polishing, bonding, and more
Post processing of semi-finished parts including: Deburring, part marking, threaded inserts, etc.
Quick learner with willingness to multi-task and accept additional responsibilities.
What we look for in a General Shop Worker:
Experience in a shop environment
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to safety
Ability to interpret blueprints and familiar with the use of calipers.
Prior experience using hand tools including: Drill motors, saws, routers, etc.
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (start times may vary)
