Assemble cable and wire harnesses, kitting, box builds, and more from start to finish
Follow work orders, blueprints, and verbal instructions
Perform tasks such as soldering, crimping, wire cutting, heat shrink application, potting, continuity testing, and more
Ensure quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Use hand tools like pliers, cutters, and soldering irons with precision
1–2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of IPC-A-610/620 and J-STD-001 (certifications preferred)
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to distinguish wire color codes and read schematics
Basic computer and measurement skills
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
Good vision and hand-eye coordination
Prolonged periods of sitting at a workstation
