Previous ERP/MRP System Experience (Any)
Previous Procurement Experience or Exposure
Experience Working with Part Numbers
Expediting Experience a HUGE Plus
Some Procurement Experience Ideal
Organized and Detailed
Reliable and Ethical
Ability to Perform in High Volume Manufacturing Environment
Team Player
Excellent Communicator and Collaborator
Strong Customer Service Skills
DUTIES:
Supports Program Managers
Logs Customers’ RFQ's and Updates Order Status
Tracking Orders
Assesses requests for, issues, and processes Return Materials Authorizations to customers
Closes Work Orders and Invoices Customers
Participate in Weekly and Quarterly Meetings
Assists with Internal and External Quality Management System Audits
