Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Design Software Trainer to help teach our staff Adobe Photoshop & InDesign for creating print advertisements and also designing email campaigns using MailChimp. The goal is to improve their skills in creating professional advertisements for our business. This role is perfect for a patient and knowledgeable instructor who can provide hands-on training and practical guidance.
Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, focusing on advertisement creation.
Develop easy-to-follow lessons tailored to the skill level of our staff.
Provide real-world examples and projects for hands-on learning.
Offer feedback and support to help staff improve their design skills.
Adapt training to fit the company’s branding and marketing needs.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
Experience in graphic design, especially in creating print advertisements.
Previous teaching or training experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
Flexibility of schedule to come in 1-2 hours during shop hours to sit down and train the staff.
