The role of Martial Arts School Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our school, increase student enrollment, and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, strong communication skills, and a passion for martial arts A fitness enthusiast is ideal for this position as you will be promoting martial arts/fitness. Must be flexible with schedule and willing to work night and weekend hours. You will be recruiting for our San Diego location as well as performing administrative tasks related to the position. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
Strong ability to build rapport with potential students and their families.

Experience with outreach campaigns, social media, and email marketing.
Ability to represent the school’s values and programs effectively.

Strong ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and scheduling.
Familiarity with CRM tools or lead-tracking systems.
5. Passion for Martial Arts or Fitness
Knowledge of martial arts programs or a willingness to learn.

6. Education and Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Background in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred)
Must posses Driver's license and working vehicle
