Job Description:
This position is for an entry level supportive role (part-time with the potential for full-time ). The ideal candidate must have strong writing and oral communication skills. This will be a part or full time position with flexible hours. This is an opportunity to be exposed to every facet of an extremely successful commercial real estate firm. Must be proactive, outgoing and have good phone skills with an entrepreneurial spirit. Majority of the time will be contacting and calling multifamily owners (market and rent surveys).
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Must be able to work independently on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Must be a team player who is highly motivated and has a positive attitude
- Windows/MS Office Suite
- Prefer Bachelors Degree but Not Required
- Entrepreneurial,
- Real Estate License is not required (must obtain once hired)
Location: Mission Valley
Hours: Flexible, Minimum 15-20 hours per week
Compensation: Hourly Wage + Commission, Bonuses
