- This role is responsible for driving, developing and leading product roadmaps to provide insights and optimize operations and management workflows across the product ecosystems, and ensure alignment with partners (internal and sometime external).
- The position will have product ownership accountability for Corporate Analytics applications and solutions in partnership with additional corporate product line business units. This role is expected to work with multi-functional teams (including Marketing, Medical, Development, Software Quality and Requirements Engineering) to drive product development excellence across the team and products that deliver intended outcomes to our customers.
- Leads the activities of direct report(s) and/or other junior product management team members.
- Actively works with these individuals to hone product owner competencies.
- Plays an active role in development and career planning of these individuals.
- Proactively manages partners’ expectations appropriately to ensure transparency
- Acts as a leader and a key contributor in a complex environment.
- Technical Product Management is a leadership role that has high level of influence to the organization

- Provide leadership to the technical product management team.
- Develop strategies for hiring training, development, and succession planning.

- Provides guidance and/or directs others to get results
- Analyzes customer needs and business challenges and recommends the appropriate future product and service directions
- Experienced in Lean Start-up and Agile team methodologies
- Analyzes potential partnerships and opportunities with third-party vendors
- Demonstrable experience in an agile team environment with a firm understanding of user centered design practice
- Stays on top of partners concerns and top issues. Create plan and align with them and multi-functional teams
- Has depth and breadth of experience in own job family; integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities
- Demonstrates advanced technology communication skills at the instructor level for all internal and external customers
- Provides guidance to all levels of sales and marketing personnel on technology and industry related issues
- Demonstrates Critical Thinking, and applies in-depth skills and broad knowledge of the business to address complex problems and non-standard situations
- Effectively communicates the vision and business need for change to others and maintains a positive perspective

- Background in Product Management required
- Background in people management preferred
- Technical background in Software Engineering desired
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Marketing or related field required, MBA preferred
- 10+ years related work experience required
- 4+ years in a leadership role required
