Substantive experience with employment law, construction-related litigation, or professional liability matters is preferred. The position requires attorneys to work directly with business-owner clients on a wide variety of interesting matters. The firm will consider associate, of counsel, and lateral partner candidates. Positions are open in the firm’s downtown San Diego office, but remote and flexible work arrangements are possible.

The base salary band for the open positions is between $115,000.00 - $180,000.00, depending upon experience. The firm also offers a multi-tiered bonus structure that generously rewards both hard work and merit. Bonus potential is unlimited, and mid five-figure bonuses are routine.
