What You’ll Do:
Take the lead on litigation defense matters for private sector clients and school districts
Conduct depositions, hearings, and manage trials as needed
Maintain direct relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Collaborate with experienced attorneys and legal staff to deliver top-tier results
Manage your caseload with independence while embracing support and feedback
What You Bring:
3–5 years of litigation experience (employment law is a plus!)
Proven ability to manage cases independently
A proactive, strategic mindset with a strong work ethic
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working with school districts or private client litigation preferred
