Associate Attorney

The Stone Law Group seeks an attorney with superior research and writing skills to work on cases in the areas of Probate and Trust Litigation (Will contests, Trust contests, misappropriation by fiduciaries), as well as business and real estate litigation. Responsibilities will include interacting with clients, preparing pleadings, motions and discovery, covering depositions and assisting with trial preparation and presentation.
