Restoration Technicians perform basic processes such as demolition, general cleaning, preparing areas for work projects, maintaining equipment, daily inventory of supplies for each project and sustaining a safe, orderly jobsite area.

Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and stage areas for work activities.
Inventory and load work vehicles with products, supplies and equipment needed for each project.
Perform demolition and other labor-intensive tasks.
Communicate with supervisor and other coworkers to maintain efficiency.
Follow safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
Carry out end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
Leave jobsite clean and orderly in appearance.
Position Requirements:
Effective oral communication
Basic math and computer skills
Valid driver’s license
Previous demolition or construction experience preferred
Must be able to carry out the following duties:
+Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
+Sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time
+Push, pull, lift, and carry objects repetitively
+Climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
+Work in tight spaces (e.g., attics and crawlspaces)
+Work with cleaning products and chemicals
